Monitors and validates Daily Cash Position Report and Bank Reconciliation.
Encodes Official Receipts and posts payments against the Freight Bills.
Monitors maturity of customers' Post Dated Checks (PDCs).
Generates Accounts Receivable Aging Report. Updates Customers' status.
Follow ups Customers for payment; reminds overdue accounts; Instructs Collector to collect payments.
Collects Certificates of Creditable Withholding Tax periodically.
Sends Demand Letters or Notices to customers with 60days and above overdue accounts.
DISBURSEMENTS/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Validates Accounts Payable.
Verifies authenticity of suppliers' Invoices and checks its completeness with the documents required before issuing payments.
Generate Accounts Payable Aging Report. Updates Suppliers' status.
PAYROLL
Computes semi-monthly payroll of branch personnel payable every 15th and 30th of the month.
Computes semi-monthly drivers' per trip compensation payable every 15th and 30th of the month.
Prepares remittances of mandatory contributions like SSS, PHIC, HDMF and remittances of employees' personal loans.
