The Supervisor will lead and manage the said frontline agents to ensure all relevant KPIs and SLAs are met Must have Qualifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required College degree required Experience managing a team as a Supervisor (at least 2 years) 2+ years working experience in Healthcare account Call Center experience preferred Willing to work night shifts/extended hours Knowledge in NPS Internet requirement of 10mpbs for work from home set up.
