The Supervisor will lead and manage the said frontline agents to ensure all relevant KPIs and SLAs are met Must have Qualifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required College degree required Experience managing a team as a Supervisor (at least 2 years) 2+ years working experience in Healthcare account Call Center experience preferred Willing to work night shifts/extended hours Knowledge in NPS Internet requirement of 10mpbs for work from home set up. If you don t have internet connection, you will be asked to report onsite (same start date). # of FTE needed: 3 Contract: October 29, 2020 to April 11, 2020 Contract: November 5, 2020 to April 25, 2020 13th month Pay- 1 month basic salary- pro rated for the first year With completion bonus of Php 15000!
