We are currently seeking a BPO Team Lead to join our team in Quezon, Quezon (PH-QUE), Philippines (PH).

In this role you will be responsible to:
Provide supervision to a small or moderately sized team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative personnel.
Administers policies and guidelines that directly affect teamwork activities.
Establishe deadlines for completing assignments.
Supervise team will generally perform multiple tasks and possess a variety of skills and/or knowledge.
Oversee department to ensure goals are met and service levels adhere to established quality standards.
Demonstrate highly developed leadership, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Resolve difficult and unique client questions and complaints, through resolution and closure.
Provide direction regarding departmental policy and procedures.
Provide expertise and guidance on technical or procedural issues. Serves as liaison between staff, clients, leadership and various departments.
Requirements for this role include:
Typically requires 6- 8 years relevant experience.
Includes 1-3 years managerial/ leadership experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Graduate degree preferred
Strong influencing and communication skills.
Strong client service skills and leadership capabilities.
Strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Strong budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.
Ability to develop operational and strategic plans.
