Responsibilities:
• Respond to consumer requests for replacement, refund, and so forth.
• Keeping track of customer interactions
• Handle customer accounts and file documentation
Qualifications:
• Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
• Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
• Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
• No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
