We are currently seeking a BPO Senior Manager to join our team in Quezon, Quezon (PH-QUE), Philippines (PH).
In these roles you will be responsible for:
Managing day to day operations of AR Team of close to 100 people
Ensuring the delivery of SLAs of Cash, Ageing and TAT
Ensuring the delivery of KRA of Team's productivity, quality, attrition and Team motivation
Actively participate in hiring process
Attending regular conference calls with client and responding to their queries in time
Preparing and presenting month-end reports and analysis on health of AR under your command
Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
Requirements for this role include:
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 18:00pm to 4:00am IST.
University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the English language.
10+ year(s) of experience in US Healthcare RCM Services.
10+ Year(s) of experience in Team management minimum Team size of 100.
Experience in Hospital AR and Denials management is preferred.*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Orientation/Process training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
*** The shift timings can be changed as per client and business requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement
