Job Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients who can benefit from our BPO and call center services. Utilize various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals and industry research.
Conduct Sales Presentations: Arrange and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our BPO and call center services. Clearly articulate our value proposition, address client concerns, and showcase our expertise in meeting their specific business needs.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' requirements and pain points by conducting needs assessments and discussions. Recommend customized BPO and call center solutions that align with their business objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients by being their trusted advisor. Regularly engage with key decision-makers, maintain open lines of communication, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Collaborate with clients to understand their budget, timelines, and contractual requirements. Prepare and present competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts. Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to service delivery. Provide clear and accurate information to facilitate smooth onboarding and exceed client expectations.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies related to BPO and call center services. Continuously enhance product knowledge and understand how our offerings can provide innovative solutions to clients.
Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the BPO, call center, or related industry, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, consultatively sell services, overcome objections, and close deals. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO and call center services, including customer support, technical support, lead generation, telemarketing, and back-office solutions. Understanding of the benefits and value proposition of outsourcing in various industries.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and relate to clients at all levels.
Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales objectives.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively tailor messages to different audiences.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
