Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, can be Undergraduate or finished Senior High School with at least 3 years of working in BPO/Call Center - customer service/sales/travel is required. 1-2 years' experience with Real Time Analyst Role in a BPO setup is a must with high proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel, know how to analyze workforce related formulas. Can develop and generate reports on time containing accurate information. Can communicate and coordinate effectively with the Client's Workforce, internal and external associates for any issue impacting production and staffing. Can work independently, be accountable for the expected deliverables and have a good decision-making skills. Amenable to work onsite in Iloilo, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
