How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Professionally and accurately answer client inquiries regarding billing, refunds, and sales
Provide comprehensive support using email, chat, and phone calls
Coordinate with Technical Support Team to resolve system issues and communicate solutions to customers
Work with Sales Team to provide support for current and potential clients
Conduct product demos to clients regarding system use, ensuring optimal user experience
Ensure quality assurance and responsiveness
What You Must Possess
BPO Experience in customer service within a software as a service (SaaS) environment (at least three years)
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
Familiarity with medical terminology
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Customer-centric attitude and professionalism
What You Shall Receive
