Job Description
Provide high-quality customer service to the customer, and ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via call, email or chat.
Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.
You are qualified if you:
Have at least 6 months of Call Center experience
Have Good to Excellent English Communications Skills
