Education and work experience:
2-year college degree, plus 3 or more years work experience. OR
4-year college degree (or higher), plus 2 or more years of work experience
Highly desired but not required:
- Any work experience in the BPO industry
- Experience and knowledge of US mortgage documents and the US mortgage process
Minimum of 22 years of age; no older than 60 years old
Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
Willing to render paid overtime when needed
Has no prior criminal record relating to breach of privacy or security
Skills needed:
Strong English reading and comprehension skills
- 65% written
- 35% verbal
Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to defined procedures
Customer service skills and ability to deal with people respectfully
ABOVE AVERAGE computer literacy (not necessarily programmer or technician level)
