We are looking for an Accounting/Bookkeeper - General Administrative Assistant to work on various admin tasks for our US client with Real Estate Investment Business. You will be working with the client directly, so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.
This is a long-term position, and we expect you to work with the client for many years.

As an Accounting/Bookkeeper - General Administrative Assistant, here are your qualities and tasks, but NOT limited to:
Assistance with overseeing that all expenses are categorized correctly by the bookkeeper in QuickBooks
Saving property documents and pictures to the correct folders in Dropbox
Uploading photos and maintaining info for property pages on our investor portal
Sending documents/contracts and inputting data into Google Sheets based on responses
Assisting with setting up properties for sales/occupancy taxes with Avalara and uploading monthly property revenue reports
Calling about discrepancies in billing
Candidate Requirements
Must have an accounting background.
Must be familiar with QuickBooks.
Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks.
Onesite experience preferred.
Realpage experience preferred.
Buildium software experience preferred
Salary: $600-$800
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Dedicated workstation at home
Noise-canceling headphone
20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
