Job Description
Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant (Part-time | Graveyard US)
Part-time 25 hours per week
Php 18,000 take-home pay monthly
Tuesday - Saturday, 3 AM - 8 AM Manila time

About the Client:
Our client is based in Delaware, USA. They are a contractor for commercial and residential homes offering both landscaping (including grass cutting) and building services. They get contracts for partial new build homes, repairs, warranty projects, homeowners insurance coverage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices to clients.
Review, process, and organize bills or receipts
Payroll information preparation
Prepare and organize costing and budgeting sheets
Work closely with business owner on payroll computations and adjustments needed for accurate release
Work with business owner to create correct and appropriate contracts and proposals for leads and opportunities
Assisting with roster scheduling
Organize the business owner's calendar and holding him accountable for marked activities and meetings
Requirements:
Solid bookkeeping experience for at least 2 years
Scheduling and calendar management experience required
Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Familiarity with Square or similar platforms required
Experience working with a USA-based company
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and comprehension
Keen attention to detail and has reliable analytical skills
Working competency with administrative support tasks
Highly organized
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Values integrity and reliability
Has good initiative to always keep the client abreast
