Must-have:
Experience with General Accounting
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent numerical skills and analytical skills
Good to have:
Experience in MYOB
Responsibilities:
Preparation of weekly bank and credit card reconciliations (30% of time will be spent on the bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation in Xero, 30% of time will be spent on bank reconciliation in MYOB)
Issue invoices timely and send the reminders to the client on a weekly basis (20% of time will be spent on invoicing (MYOB and Xero) and invoice collection
Assist with monthly report. (20% of time might be spent on monthly report preparation and analysis.)
