Our client is an Australian energy efficiency consultant company that creates a customized hybrid electricity systems. Every virtual project they take on has able to achieve over a 50% reduction in grid power usage for their customers.
Must Have:
At least 3 years in bookkeeping experience
Experience in using Xero and MYOB
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with any CRM
Proficient in Google Applications
Good to Have:
Experience with Zoho
Knowledge in Australian Accounting
Responsibilities:
Entering Purchase Invoices onto XERO
Reconciling XERO Debtors/Creditors, based on Invoices
Data entry in MYOB and XERO
Prepare accrual data
Spreadsheeting, Accounts reconciliation, payroll, superannuation payments
