Job Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years as a bookkeeper or accountant
Bachelor Degree holder in finance, accounting, or similar field
Knowledge of MYOB, Xero Accounting, and Zero Practice Management Software
Knowledge of Australian GST
Prior experience working with a Australian Accounting firm in the BPO industry is preferred but not required
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work on numerous issues concurrently
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Able to demonstrate initiative

Maintaining accounts

Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
Task and project management
Main Roles:
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings
Posting to various accounts
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports
Reconciliation reports to third-party records such as bank statements
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable working Australian business hours
