This role ensures accurate records, smooth operations, and quality client service.What Youll Do:Utilize online systems and portals for generating illustrations, processing applications, and obtaining product literature as neededPrepare client correspondence in a timely and accurate mannerCollate paperwork and documentation for adviser meetingsProcess client recommendations and proactively follow up with product providers on behalf of clientsKeep advisers informed of any difficulties or non-standard mattersUpdate and maintain accuracy of the CRM and computer-based filing systemPrepare and check compliance of new business packs/submissionsTransfer data from paper fact finds onto the client systemSupport commission reconciliation process by analyzing unmatched commission payments and resolving any discrepanciesChase clients for outstanding informationFollow company policies and procedures, and report any needed changesMaintain customer confidence and protect operations by handling information confidentiallyRecord daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries).Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and expenses.Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers.Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing financial statements.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support in filing requirements.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.Provide regular financial reports to management.Collaborate with external accountants or auditors when needed.What Were Looking For:Must have good communication skillsStrong IT skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryStrong organizational skillsWhy Youll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, were redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
