Do initial verification and checking of all liquidations, reimbursements and request for payments.
Records all financial transactions such as accounts payable, receivables, credit card & online payments and other recurring transactions.
Performs extensive data entry to ensure that all financial data are encoded into the accounting software.
Update and maintain accurate financial records and tax reports.
Process invoices and checks accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues.
Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries.
Maintains updated list of fixed assets, inventories, advances to employees and intercompany transactions.
Assist the Finance Supervisor in preparing reports needed for management reporting, monthly tax compliances, and in interim and annual audit.
Relives and assumes tasks in the absence of the Accounting Clerk.
Liable to any company losses due to incompetence.
Comply with Company Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology
Must have at least one-year related experience
Must be detailed oriented and keen to details
Must be honest, has excellent communication skills and flexible in any type of working environment
Must be familiar with Quickbooks or any accounting software
