Producer and exporter of Organic fruits and vegetables
Job Description Responsible for posting of all financial transactions and safekeeping of Books of Accounts.
Performs according to the bookkeeping standards.
Prepare and submit monthly bank reconciliation.
Check liquidations of cash advances by the employees and determine items for reimbursements or for refunds.
Records all business transactions to the Book of accounts and prepare monthly journal entries.
Maintains subsidiary ledger & general ledger of all accounts.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly VAT report.
Perform other functions inherent to the position or as assigned by the Finance Officer.
Job Qualifications Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Technology
At least 1 year work experience in Bookkeeping
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Quickbooks
Good communication skills
