Duties and Responsibilities Ownership of Accounts payable, includes enter Bills into Xero, set up bi-weekly payments Sync sales from Cin7 to Xero Daily bank account reconciliations for multiple bank accounts Preparation of monthly commission reports for review and send the reports to agents Helping preparation of BAS and GST return reports Other ad hoc tasks Skills and Qualifications Experience as a bookkeeper/accountant, minimum 2 years Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft office Suite, google workplace Working knowledge of Xero Attention to details is important Excellent time management and organizational skills Good Communication skills Job type : Permanent Emp type: 7AM - 3PM Location: WFH Industry: Apparel and Fashion Expertise: Accounting and Finance
