JOB SUMMARY : To ensure multiple accounting projects are executed simultaneously with complete professionalism and accuracy and perform bookkeeping duties such as recording, posting, analyzing and maintain cash receipts book to ensure that the finances and collections are properly booked and recorded.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Maintains, monitors, updates and keeps records of cash receipts book.
a) Checks and reconciles the collections against the official receipts and charge slips submitted by the cashier.
b) Records the cash receipts transactions into the cash receipts book.
c) Computes for the daily remittance report and reconciles it with the daily deposits.
d) Ensures that all transactions involving cash receipts are sound and in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
e) Analyzes and makes adjustments on the entries made by the cashier.
2. Maintains and prepares aging of accounts receivables from in-patient and out-patients.
3. Reconciles advances out-patient accounts.
4. Prepares journal vouchers resulting from analysis of transactions involving cash receipts, accounts receivables in-patient and accounts receivable out-patient.
5. Prepares and reconciles schedules of the following accounts: A/R-In Patient, A/R-Out Patient, Lapsing schedule.
6. Conducts inventory of fixed assets.
7. Submits year-end schedules of the following: Business Development, Travel & transportation, Ancillary Services and Repairs & Maintenance.
8. Prepares Bank reconciliation account
9. Other task that may assigned from time to time.
10. Undertakes 5S in the workplace.
