What are we looking for:
We are in search of a Bookkeeper to work with our US-based client partner, a fast-growing e-commerce accounting firm located in Georgia. They provide CFO and bookkeeping services to empower entrepreneurs in the growing industry of e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and more).
In this role, you will be focusing on overall bookkeeping for multiple customers and managing the duties and responsibilities as specified below.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be organized, passionate, and have a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will be:
Assigning vendors to bank and credit card transactions and maintaining client-vendor glossary
Categorizing all bank feed transactions keeping them current on a daily basis
Processing A2X transactions, including cost and revenue
Assist with onboarding new client data, including classifying bank account and credit card transactions, Amazon Seller Central transactions via A2X.
Shopify, WalMart and other e-Commerce JE's
Reconciling bank and credit cards accounts
Cost of Goods Sold Unit calculations
Quarterly Inventory reconciliations
What are we looking for:
Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping concepts
Strong written communication skills
Minimum of 2 years Quickbooks Online Experience
Experience preferred with calculating unit cost of goods sold
Ecommerce experience preferred including familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
Basic Excel experience
Time management and the ability to meet required deadlines
