Ideally, the candidate will have used this software before Accounts Payable Entry of all Creditor Tax Invoices Entry of payments made by credit card Generate a list of Creditors to be paid and supply payment listing to Jaix Office Administrator who will then process payment Reconciliations Corporate Credit Cards (2 x American Express) Monthly Bank reconciliations Month End Processing Preparation of monthly Management Financial Statements including: Profit and Loss Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations Processing of General Journal entries for Prepayments, Accruals, Asset Finance and, Depreciation General Ledger processing and reconciliations Other Tasks could include: Quarterly BAS preparation Entry of Cash receipts Required Experience 3 years of bookkeeping experience Understanding of Australian payroll and general accounting Experience in accounts payables and receivables Experience in bank reconciliations Experience in creating and reviewing financial statements ShoreXtra Perks Free barista-style coffee Free parking and jeepney services Highly engaged team Unlimited potential for growth Challenging role Fun and family-oriented working environment
