MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible to look at the overall strategic goals of the company and help them excel in a reliable and ethical manner. They evaluate and improve the company's systems of compliance, control and risk assessment.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Ensure and monitor payment of shortages
Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of Sales Invoice
Assist in the reconciliation of Inventory variances
Responsible for the preparation of shortage/overage remittance report & Inventory movement per Ex Truck.
Validate extracted data on loading and sales versus actual documents
Ensure the accuracy of Ex truck Inventory result
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted auditing practices
Ensure strict compliance and implementation of issued Ex Truck policies
Conduct Month End Count
Responsible for ensuring that all the document audit results are complete and accurate.
Planning and execution of accounting as well as financial reporting audits.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a college graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course
Must have strong work ethics
Must be well organized and a self-starter
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
