Bookkeeper
1 Year to 4 Years Experienced 
Job Qualifications:
College graduate in accountancy or any related course,
Experienced of at least to 1 - 4 years,
Strong knowledge of the current trend in the trade,
Knowledgeable and experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operations,
Must be a well versed to fill up monthly taxes and ITR Preparation such as;
a. Prepare tax payments (For VAT and Non-VAT tax payers),
b. Estimate and track tax reports,
c. Prepare necessary paper work for tax payments and returns,
d. Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes,
e. Prepare financial statement and balance sheet.  
Proficient using Microsoft office (specifically Excel), Quick Book, and BIR tools,
Experience in payroll mechanism (create payroll, deduct taxes and etc),
Can handle the pressure having near dead-lines,
Liaise with external auditor.
Skills/Requirements;
 
• Proven work experience with regards to BIR tax filling and BIT tax computation,
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures,
• Familiarity with BIR Tools and BIR Forms,
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks), 
• Computer literacy (MS |Excel in particular),
• Able to do Multi-task (Being able to work on several projects at the same time),
• Can do things with less supervision (Being independent),
• Excellent analytical and time management skills (self-motivated and flexible),    
• Strong numeracy skills (critical thinking and problem solving skills),
• Keen and high attention to details,
• BSC degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject;
• With teamwork skills, 
• and of good written and communication abilities. 
 
Job Description:
 
This job will handle multiple accounts, establish account and transactions, and ensure legal compliance by the law. This is a full time job.
