Our Client is a specialized electricity retailer and energy service provider, specializing in renewable energy. With head office in Brisbane, they are rapidly expanding to all major capital cities across Australia and are actively involved in the development and implementation of zero upfront capital cost sustainable energy solutions for Australian residential and commercial consumers.
The group has more than one subsidiary companies, so the successful Bookkeeper needs to oversee and assist with multiple accounting profiles.
Contract: Part Time (20 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Between 7:00 am to 11:00 am Manila Time
As a Bookkeeper, you will:
Perform bookkeeping and some auditing tasks
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile multi bank accounts / intercompany transactions / ATO account
Preparing the cashflow budget and forecast
Preparing the month end accrual adjustment
Assist in financial reports and BAS IAS preparation
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 2-3 years of related experience
Has experience in any accounting software (Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks)
Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office and MS Excel)
Is attentive to details
