General Qualification Requirements:
Education
4-year degree course of Accounting, Accounting Management, Finance Management or related majors.
Experience & Training
Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping.
Processing of government mandatory reportorial
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
A team player.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Good customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.
Command of the English language both written and verbal
