Description
A2B Outsourcing (PT. BPO) is looking for a Bookkeeper with Recruitment Background. Successful candidate will be working for a Recruitment company in Australia that provides services to aviation industry with high profiles including Qantas Freight, Jetstar, Virgin Freight, Dnata Airports, Dnata Catering, Gate Gourmet, BCS Sydney Airports, Menzies Aviation, Jets Transport and others.
This role requires both Bookkeeping (Payroll) and Recruitment experience. Candidate must have exceptional English skills both verbal and written.
Job Responsibilities:
Admin Role
Screening resumes from responses to job ads, booking interviews online
Assist in the selection and recruitment process including background checks and reference checks
Assist with organizing training and induction & maintaining training matrix and certificates
Maintain employee personal files, client and candidate contact list & database
Liaise with internal staff to obtain all required information
Assist with preparation of rosters, texting & emailed updated rosters
Payroll Role
Entering of new starter application forms
Chase clients or operations team for timesheets and collate/calculate timesheet and populate excel spreadsheet based on pay rules provided
Assist with preparation of background information for payroll processing
Assist with Pay queries, payroll deductions and corresponding invoices - Assisting with entering of invoices & bills onto Xero accounting software
Filing of office documents into relevant folders and sections on SharePoint
Other ad hoc payroll or accounting tasks including maintaining various spreadsheet information
General administration duties
Could change as role develops
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional English Skills - Verbal & Written (Non-Negotiable)
Background in Bookkeeping, Timekeeping, and Payroll is Required
Basic Background in Recruitment is preferred
Xero experience
Billing and Invoicing experience
Background in assisting Australian business owners or Australia based clients
This is an office-based, full-time job. Work location is in Clark, Pampanga.
