Job Description:
Bookkeeping
1.Updating/Coding of bank feeds
2.Bank Reconciliations as needed.
Accounting
1. Preparation of monthly Instalment Activity Statement (IAS) including workpapers and tax return
2. Preparation of quarterly Business Activity Statement (BAS) including workpapers and tax return
3. Preparation of Year-End Financial Statements including workpapers, returns, FS,CGT, Div7A and other supporting documents as necessary
4. Preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) including workpapers and tax return
Other occasional tasks (or no longer preparing it)
1. Assist in the preparation of Income Tax Planning
2. Preparation of payroll (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
3. Preparation of batch payment summary for supplier
4. Setting up Xero beginning balances for a new client
Job Highlights:
On-site, office based in Cebu City
Fixed day shift (morning shift)
Fixed weekends off
Shortened probation
HMO upon regularization
Up to 2 HMO dependents after 2 years of service
