One of our clients is currently looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to assist in accounting daily operations.
What you will be doing:
Facilitating bank reconciliation
Processing and monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Reviewing and processing payroll
Communicating with clients where necessary
Preparing client work for Business Activity Statements and year-end reporting requirements
Managing admin and accounting work of superannuation accounts
Assist in other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Australian accounting
A good understanding of Australian Taxation
Any class super experience is a plus
Preferably has experience in QuickBooks accounting software
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Preferably with CPA license
