Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices and process payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain the general ledger and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
Prepare documentation for tax filings and coordinate with external accountants as needed
Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Ideal ProfileRequirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
