To provide compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries, and reconciliations. To perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
The Responsibilities:
Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Prepare and send invoices and receipts.
Ability to carry out bank reconciliations, producing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
Audit financial files for Environment-Friendly Company
Daily Invoicing, Bill processing, and creation
Bank reconciliations
Payroll processing
Manual journal entries
The Requirements:
Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
2 - 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, and/or Xero knowledge is an advantage
Must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
Experience in creating manuals, how-to guides, workflows, etc. preferred
Can deal with Complexity and report Research Results
Keen to details, confidentiality, and thoroughness towards the work
Excellent in English Written and Verbal communication
The Work Set-Up:
Work onsite
8 hour work shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift (9pm - 6am)
The Location:Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
