JOB DESCRIPTION: Inputting invoices into system and categorizing based on provided expense chart of accounts Matching up the PO with Invoice If they have a matching PO, entering the invoice into the system If they do not have a matching PO and the vendor is not on our contracted vendor list, they will be responsible for relaying the information to Management and NOT entering it into the system Any ad hoc responsibilities assigned by Client QUALIFICATIONS: Bookkeeping certifications a big plus Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive Can work independently with minimal supervision Graduate of any 4-year degree course preferably an accounting degree Preferably one (1) year experience in a corporate environment Okay with Work from home set up and Night shift schedule .On a Hybrid set up and Nigh shift employment. WFH equipment will be provided once hired.
