BOOKKEEPER
Job Description:
Data Entry
QuickBooks management
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare financial reports
Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
With experience in using QuickBooks and/or Xero
Expert in using Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
High level of INTEGRITY
Intelligent
Flexible
Fast learner
Good work attitude
Good organizational skills
Equipment requirement:
Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor and 8 GB RAM)
Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
