We are in urgent need of a Bookkeeper for an Australian client:
Job Description:
Processing all transaction & administration of all the Property Trusts
Payment of Outgoing bills
Uploading NZ payments
Monthly Income & expense analysis for NZ
Preparing NZ month end reports
Administration of vehicle Management company
Payroll Tax submissions
Balance Sheet Recons & checks
Assisting Accounts receivable staff
Preforming other tasks & projects as requested by Financial Controller
Liaising with external accountants as required
Preparing BAS & GST Returns
Reconciling & payment of Credit cards
Reconciling Capricorn Statements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Bookkeeping, General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Reports Preparation
Experience working in a BPO company or Foreign client is a PLUS
Strong English Communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Financial Accounting Skills
Accounting CRM/ERP Skills
Ethics and High regard for confidentiality
