Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing accounts receivable
- Issuing Invoices/Statements
- Receipting of debtor's payments
- Payroll and expenses support
- Checking timesheets to Xero,
- Preparing the fortnightly payroll file for Manager Review, including
leave taken
-Reconcile Xero payroll-related balance sheet accounts
- Reconciliation of credit cards to receipts
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Experience in Accounts Receivable & the management of Debtors, and Account Reconciliation processes
- Proficiency with XERO
- Experience with chasing and successfully collecting overdue
payments
- High-level computer skills
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask
- Experience with interfacing with a variety of people

Requirements
