About the role:

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Electronic Banking & Bank Reconciliations
Understanding of Real Estate Accounting
Maintain files and handle confidential material in a professional manner
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Work hours available are Monday thru Friday, 9am-6pm CST, or 11pm-8am PST, Saturday and Sunday off.
Work location: Saint Francis Square, Ortigas Center, Pasig
Shift schedule: Night shift
Position requirements:
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Experience -At least 1 yearof end-to-end accounting process preferably has experience handling US accounts/clients.
Customer service:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professional disposition and presentation while exercising judgment and discretion while remaining calm under pressure.
Organization and accuracy: Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. The ability to maintain accuracy and balance it with timeliness.
Eye for Detail- You can catch mistakes that are buried and will not send anything without reviewing the content once or twice. You understand the importance of being attentive to the big and small and how it affects key business drivers.
Solution Finder- Nothing gets in your way of exploring all possible options and exercising your creative thinking when presented with challenges. You do everything you can to avoid moving on before a conclusion is reached.
