Shall maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Shall maintain balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Shall maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
Balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Shall provide information to the external accountant who creates the company's financial statements
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Ensures reports are in accordance with established company standard
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

They later changed the business name to HILCRES BUILDERS' CENTER, which is a combination of the names of the couple's children, Hilarion and Cresilda. Soon after, they moved to Henson St., Angeles City, where the Main, and subsequently the Annex, branch is currently located. Their insistent and unwavering efforts helped to expand the business into a formidable player in the construction industry. HILCRES BUILDERS' CENTER currently has a total of six branches. Five of which are in Central Luzon, particularly in the Cities of Angeles, San Fernando, Mabalacat and Tarlac. The sixth branch is located in Muñoz, Quezon City to serve the Metro Manila market.
