Recording the financial transactions of clients in bookkeeping soft wares, spreadsheets or data bases
Arranging payment of accounts
Preparing and sending of invoices and receipts to debtors
Processing of payroll and maintaining employee records
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Checking figures and ensures accuracy
Reporting of any irregularities on client's data management
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by client
Job Qualifications
Experience in handling an Australian accounts is a great advantage
Assertive and consultative communication style
Must be an accounting degree graduate
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Comfortably works and deliver results without close-supervision
Knowledgeable of Accounting soft wares (e.g. Xero, MYOB or equivalent)
High-level of initiative, suggests process improvements
Keen to learn new concepts quickly and independently
Highly motivated with exceptional work ethic and client focus with very strong attention to details is a must
Strong time management skills and able to work within frames
Experience:
Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
ADMIN: 2 years (Preferred)
XERO: 2 years (Preferred)
