One of our valued clients is looking for enthusiastic individuals who desire to work in a trendy, motivating, and supportive workplace. Our client runs a family business and has been providing accounting and bookkeeping services.
This position is to provide ongoing bookkeeping and administration support/service to our clients & team inline with our '5 Star Promise', with bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliation experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping assistance as detailed below
Record time and work completed as required
To develop personal and professional skills, e.g. English communication, Xero, MS Office applications, Email, HelpScout, Job Management System, and operating AppleMac computer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATION
Record time and work completed as required as per job management system
Actively participate in the ongoing improvement and documentation of processes
Work with Benkorp internal Management and control applications, including HelpScout, job management system, Dropbox, Google Drive, Gmail, Xero, and Excel
Assist the director and other staff with administration tasks
Other tasks as required
BOOKKEEPING
Data entry with required account allocations of business transactions in the Xero online accounting system for many clients using client processes
Prepare information for bill payments or schedule of payments as required
Prepare customer invoices as requested by the client and email to the customers
Reconcile accounts
Produce Monthly financial reports
Document any special requirements or problems from the client
Other tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience/Skills Required
Must have 3 years Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
Must have data entry and administration skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Good Xero accounting system experience
Detail-oriented, organized and a team player
Good attention to details
Able to concentrate with repetitive tasks
Have initiative, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work unsupervised is essential
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Accounting
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
