Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
MDM Systems, Inc. is currently in need of Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant
You will need to demonstrate high level organizational skills; can work autonomously & meet deadlines; have excellent time management and multitasking skills; have a problem solving and a solution focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs end to end accounts transaction in Finance and Admin: Data entry
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports (Balance Sheet, etc.) and schedules for records
• Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, chasing debt
• Provides support to the Finance & Admin team and other ad hoc tasks assign as required by the client
• Management of E-mails
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• Proficiency with computers (MS Excel) and bookkeeping software (Xero), strong typing skills
• At least 1-2 years of experience with office and administrative procedures and practices.
• Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication Skills
• Strong work ethics and sense of ownership
• Thorough and detail-oriented, operating with utmost integrity
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
