KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Government Compliance & Liaison
Assist clients with SEC, LGU, and BIR registrations, renewals, and regulatory filings.
Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, income tax, percentage tax, etc.) on behalf of clients.
Process business permits, mayor's permits, and other local government requirements.
Ensure clients' compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, loans, and benefits.
Prepare and submit corporate reports (General Information Sheets, Financial Statements, Audited Reports) to SEC.
Coordinate with government agencies for audits, assessments, and inquiries.
Payroll Processing & Employee Benefits
Compute and process monthly, bi-monthly, and project-based payroll for multiple clients.
Ensure proper deductions and remittances for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes.
Generate and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and year-end tax forms (BIR Form 2316, Alpha List, etc.).
Process 13th-month pay, final pay, and government-mandated benefits for client employees.
Assist clients with payroll disputes, tax computations, and benefits applications.
Bookkeeping & Financial Transactions
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries for multiple clients.
Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and expense reports.
Assist in preparing client financial reports, financial statements, and audit requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
What skills and expertise are expected from you?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years' experience in payroll, bookkeeping, and government compliance.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax laws, BIR filings, payroll regulations, and government processes.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or other accounting software.
Familiarity with government portals (BIR eFPS/eBIR, PhilHealth EPRS, SSS R3, Pag-IBIG HDMF).
Experience handling multiple clients and managing deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
