Roles and Responsibilities
-Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
-Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
-Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximized
-Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
-Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords
Required Experience
-At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup
A Successful Candidate must have
-Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Ability to do multiple tasks
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail
-Flexibility to work between Mondays to Fridays
