Are you a highly motivated individual who thrives in a complex, versatile environment confronted with constant change?

If you have demonstrated experience delivering projects and can work autonomously while driving results, you will be a great addition to our Bell IT Delivery & Support team.
You will have an opportunity to:
-Work in partnership with the Project Managers & other key functional areas within IT Delivery to support every aspect of the authoring process and its applications & environment.
-Oversee application & systems for authoring, testing and deployment, as well as Blueprints governance, concepts, and design principles.
-Work closely with end-users & internal stakeholders to troubleshoot when necessary
-Review and sign-off on Snapshot Deployment "packages" from the author prior to approving hand-over to Deployment Managers
-Prepare methods/documentation/procedure for the introduction of new or change to systems or processes
-Partners with both I.T. and Authoring Community to manage risk & change
-Facilitate and coordinate meetings, and negotiate consensus with teams

-Can prepare methods/documentation/procedure for the introduction of new or change to systems or processes
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to navigate and negotiate with stakeholders from multiple business units
Qualification/Requirements:
-2+ years of Blueprint Design and/or authoring experience or BMP/BAW programming
-1+ years of Technical Support/Troubleshooting and Resolution
-Ability to manage multiple activities at a high level and dive into details when challenges arise, autonomously
-Strong technology background
-Exceptional documentation skills
-SOAP / REST integration experience
-Open API experience
-BIG Data experience - specifically: Kafka, Cassandra, Oracle, Elastic
-Workflow Tools such as: Jira (Confluence), Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS)
-Advanced Excel application skills
