BLOCK WAREHOUSE IN- CHARGE / PPIC
 
Main Job Function
Warehouse In-Charge- Oversees and Manage Plans, Operations, Maintenance and Purchasing for the long and short block warehouses.
PPIC- Plans the foaming production schedule while maintaining good efficiency and foaming yield.
Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule planning to reduce heads, tails, and two colors foam by-products.
Provide the most efficient cutting plan for short blocks.
Manage spares availability, equipment tagging, information and specs database.
Initiates machine maintenance in coordination with EMD.
Establish procedures to maintain overall equipment health.
Analysis of Data.
Analyze Foam Forecasts and adjustments.
Project Management.
SGA Implementation
Manpower Management
Any task, specified or not in the job description, that is deemed necessary to complete the overall goal to produce good quality foam at the quality and time required as long as it is done safely and upon the approval of a higher authority.
Secondary Duties
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
Observe/conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering related course.
At least a minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in Warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Has knowledge in warehouse methods, procedures and techniques utilized in handling an storing stock items.
Knowledgeable in Material planning and control in a manufacturing firm.
Has knowledge in staff management principles and practices
Has leadership skills and can communicate effectively.
Demonstrates flexibility and resilience.
Fosters integrity and honesty.
