Job Description
Blasters and painters play a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity and safety of nuclear facilities by applying and maintaining protective coatings to surfaces and structures
They are responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to prevent corrosion and deterioration
Blaster/painters set up equipment for spray paint, sandblasting, compressors, and generators, and operate airless and conventional spray equipment
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
Candidates must have National Certificate for Blaster painter
