Job Description
Manage and improve medical equipment to enhance performance, reliability, and safety.
Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate the performance of medical devices, analyzing data and making recommendations for improvements
Perform risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk management strategies for medical equipment
Provide technical support and training to medical staff on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in biomedical engineering, relevant technologies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to source components and materials for medical equipment.
Participate in regulatory compliance activities and assist in obtaining necessary certifications for medical devices.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2 years of experience working as a Biomedical Engineer or in a related role.
Strong knowledge of medical equipment design, development, and testing processes.
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry (e.g., FDA, ISO).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
Adaptability to evolving technologies and a fast-paced work environment.
