Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares the needed apparatuses, equipment, chemicals and solutions as specified by the Science teachers before every Science period in the laboratory;
Issues apparatuses, materials and supplies to students requiring them to fill-in Borrower's Slips;
Assist the students in physically setting up apparatuses and equipment which may require them for preparation;
Retrieves clean apparatuses and equipment from student material- managers at the end of very laboratory period;
Immediately notifies the Science teachers about breakages incurred by the student/s during laboratory periods;
Sets up AV-equipment in the laboratory like projectors (LCD/DLP), etc. and Senior High Entrance Exam Review(SHEER) materials ahead of time as specified by the science teacher or any authorized use of the laboratory;
Ensures the regular maintenance, cleanliness and order of the following in the Science laboratory:
Ensures the safety of all users of the science laboratories
Conducts an inventory of all proper holdings, chemicals materials and supplies.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate Degree in Natural or Physical Sciences
Experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment, laboratory apparatus and optical, electrical and mechanical equipment
At least one (1) year of related work experience
