About the Role
We have partnered with a young and passionate organization dedicated to delivering an efficient and unrivalled service across the globe.
You will be joining to a leading provider of innovative and cost-effective supply chain solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region.
What you'll be working on:
Interpret design briefs and expectations, translating them into clear and well-defined documentation service scopes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular status updates at weekly meetings.
Initiate Revit projects, set up workflows, and facilitate project kick-off processes.
Prepare, manage, and deliver documentation packages that adhere to Creo standards, ensuring work is completed within defined timelines and project deadlines.
Administer model management, maintenance, and provide Revit desktop support.
Collaborate with the documentation support team to conduct QA checks on project documentation and offer feedback to enhance documentation efficiency.
Create content such as parametric families, formulas, nested components, and type catalogues.
Coordinate models and documentation with other disciplines, working closely with discipline vendors for content updates in line with Creo Standards.
Manage the integration of Revit-related products with other applications as needed.
Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients as necessary.
Take charge of the overall documentation and design management process, including conducting Quality Assurance reviews at all stages.
Ensure accurate recording and documentation of project variations.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical BIM modeling and REVIT documentation skills.
Contribute to the development and facilitation of in-house REVIT training sessions.
Represent the CREO team professionally at networking and design industry events.
Be an integral part of the Design team.
What we're looking for
A qualification in Interior Design, Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related industry with Revit-based projects.
Profound knowledge of relevant building codes and industry quality standards.
Demonstrated experience in documentation and detailing for workplace, large commercial, retail, hospitality, or education projects.
A keen eye for detailed design and a technical understanding of joinery, shop fitting, and furniture.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
The ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
A willingness to collaborate and support colleagues while working as part of a team.
Outstanding written communication skills when dealing with internal and external parties.
Preferably residing in NCR, but we welcome applicants from outside NCR who are willing to relocate to NCR as soon as possible.
