Roles and Responsibilities
The BIM Coordinator/Revit modeler should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Revit modeling standards, BIM clash detection, CAD standards, PC application software and drafting practices and methods.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of Revit and Navis experience
- 1+ years of AutoCAD experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years working in Architecture/Engineering or Construction related field
- Able to read construction plans and translate to 3D modeling
- Understanding of MEP systems and prioritization
A Successful Candidate must have
- Must speak, read and write fluent English
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications and other construction documents
Proficient with
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skype, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams
- BlueBeam
- Box
- Navisworks
- Sketchup
- Infraworks
- 3D Studio Max
Experience Advantage
- Knowledge of using Point clouds within Revit is a plus
