Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- BIM project management and coordination. Management of BIM manpower resources deployment for projects
- Serves as a Technical support to tendering and subletting
- Do Cost planning and control on project BIM works
- Manage the Team together with the BIM Manager to ensure that the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications.
- Facilitate BIM training / coaching for in-house BIM team and in-house technical staffs
- Management and supervision of Project BIM Teams operation
- Research and implementation of applications of advanced BIM software technologies
- Oversee the department operation in the absence of BIM Manager for all BIM Team including site projects
- Ensures familiarization and knowledge of the following details:
1. Client Representative Name
2. Contract details
3. Duration project budget
4. Project Status
5. Team Members status and standing
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER:
- Bachelor Degree or above in either Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Surveying or equivalent academic qualification
- With at least 8-10 years of experience in BIM
- Highly proficient in BIM related software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Autocad)
- Highly proficient in BIM 360 (or any other CDE knowledge)
- Knowledge in the BIM LOD's (BIM FORUM 2021) is a must
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
8 years of experience
